I love to play golf and do exercises. I have always been a great fan of Annika Sorenstam and have followed all her wins through the years. When I came to know that she had opened a golf academy where people like us can train under her coaches, I couldn’t control my enthusiasm and excitement. I immediately searched for the website of her academy and found the website http://www.theannikaacademy.com/. The website is one of the most professionally designed websites I have ever seen. That itself indicated how professional her academy must be. I chose the Dynamic package and went to the academy all charged up. When I went there I was happy to see that I had spent my money well. My package enabled me to have a K-vest motion capture analysis, which helped to improve the efficiency of my golf swing. The coach helped to identify which areas I needed to improve on to better my golf swing. There is a Callaway test done too which helped me to know which golf club was suitable for me. They also did an extensive physical evaluation and developed a custom-made performance and conditioning program based on that evaluation. I will definitely recommend this academy to every professional or amateur golfer.
